Jacopo Zucchi (c.1541-1590) was an Italian painter and architect. He was born in Florence and trained under his father Antonio. Zucchi worked for the Medici family in Florence, but later moved to Rome where he became a member of the Accademia di San Luca. In Rome, he collaborated with other artists such as Federico Zuccari and Francesco Salviati. Zucchi is known for his frescoes and paintings of religious subjects, portraits, and mythological scenes. He also designed the Villa Farnese at Caprarola, which is considered one of the most important examples of Mannerist architecture.
